Shipping policy

All of our products are made to order, just for you. Please allow 2-7 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note that production and shipping times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control. If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at hello@getjoyed.com and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
