Refund policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Because each item is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect personalization details entered at checkout, or change of mind.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered (for example, the wrong design, name, or photo due to an error on our part), please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@getjoyed.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in these cases.

If you notice an error in your personalization details after placing your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We may be able to make corrections if your order has not yet entered production, but we cannot guarantee changes after this window, as production often begins shortly after the order is placed.
